My Morning Routine
Which one of these do you struggle with most?! (Share 👇🏼) Honestly, water is the one I struggle with most. Alllll I want is go-go juice or coffee in the morning. But seeing this on my list everyday helps me to be more intentional about getting in the H20 💦
I am most def a check list person 🙋🏼♀️ – I make a list for everything otherwise mom brain kicks in and I forget something 🤣 plus, there is just something about checking it off the list.
I get asked about my morning routine ALOT! 👊🏼 this is how I set myself up for a successful day. I say working to do this everyday is awesome – we are also human (who knew 🤷🏼♀️) so allow for missteps & if you’re hitting the mark 80% of the time then I’d bet you’re becoming a better version of yourself! 😘 Enjoy the journey & be kind to yourself!
