Simple Brussel Sprouts


I’m currently obsessed with Brussel sprouts and in particular THIS simple recipe so it’s a MUST SAVE/BOOKMARK!

I love healthy veggies but it’s even better when it tastes good AND you don’t have to slave for hours in the kitchen. Can I get an Amen on a Friday?!!

You can buy the fresh shaved Brussel sprouts (they’ve been out alllll week at my local Target) so if you can’t find the shaved ones you can buy the whole Brussels too! I just chopped the stems off AND then cut them in halves or quarters depending on the size.

1️⃣Line Cooking Sheet with foil & grease with olive oil cooking spray
2️⃣Preheat oven to 375
3️⃣Trim stems & cut Brussels if they aren’t pre-shaven/cut
4️⃣Drizzle Olive Oil, Himalayan pink Salt & pepper – toss so it’s evenly coated
5️⃣Toss them in the oven for 10-15 minutes… I like mine brown & a bit crispy so mine are in for 15 minutes (or a couple minutes longer for a larger batch)

BOOM – be prepared for an explosion to go off in your mouth because its. THAT 👏🏼 GOOD! It’s perfectly paired with grilled chicken on a hamburger
