One of the biggest things I struggled with when I started focusing on my health and fitness was the hidden sugars I didn’t even realize I was consuming- especially in beverages. So I decided to stick to mainly water, but let’s be honest, water gets a little boring after a while!
Dean is THE best at whipping up my favorite drinks, but making sure they aren’t packed with sugar and carbs. Here is one of my favorite “mocktail” recipes!

Ingredients
(1) frozen berries
(2) 1/2 berry sparkling water
(3) 1/3 berry kombucha
(4) stevia is optional
Directions
